This video demonstrates a variety of student perspectives about learning. It gives teachers an explanation for common behavioural characteristics observed in students, especially ones that are often seen in a negative way. It also expresses the importance of keeping an open mind as a teacher, and how students can benefit from differentiated instruction. Each child learns differently and may need to do things differently in class in order to achieve their best. Our job as teachers is to recognize these differences in our students and establish classroom habits that cater to those needs.
